this time 3hrs sleep is all i have to make the best out of.
sometimes i wonder why does one has to go through so many hardships
to goal-attainment.
one bummer after another-
the difficult times one has to persist in and overcome them.
job retrenchment of a sole breadwinner of a family.
having to live on bread and water
with daily overnight rice and a mere fried egg
just to make ends meet before getting his/her paycheck.
taking up many temp on-the-go jobs just to support
every family member in the family.
school kids picking out old used uniform from the trash.
just so he/she had something to wear to schools.
the despair and grieve over loved ones.
just as theres two sides to a coin
there fills it- the rich and the poor
the two reality checks of life.
likewise, when one may be going through his/her toughest days of their lives
others may be enjoying the blissful life he/she leads.
growing up wedged-fed with a silver spoon
living life like its a swing
and everythings a fling.
staying in a luxurious house with high-standards of living.
with straightjack no worries.
parents paying a high price to get the kid into theTOP- school.
the treatment from the 'rich and the famous'
to the 'young and the hopeless'
identifying the significant status difference .
its an utter disgrace to the society honestly
seeing the well-heeled families use their wealth and assets
to acheive objective goals.
climb the corporate ladder
win lawsuits that pretty much
make the world more Unjust.
basically, making man fall prey to them.
